Pokerd Terms & Conditions – A Transparent, Plain-Language Policy for Members

By using the Pokerd platform (pokerd.net), you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pokerd.

Pokerd is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select other countries. We believe in full transparency, which is why these terms have been written in clear, plain language.

These Terms and Conditions apply to Pokerd's Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other services.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Pokerd. Providing a false date of birth during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one Pokerd account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, Pokerd reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any funds held within them.

• You must provide accurate and genuine information during registration — including your name, date of birth, and phone number.
• Mobile number verification (OTP) is mandatory.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Sharing or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If your personal details change, please notify Pokerd support promptly.

Pokerd supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All deposits can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted and may lead to account suspension.
• Save your transaction ID to confirm your deposit.

Pokerd aims to make the withdrawal process as fast and hassle-free as possible. However, certain conditions must be met.

Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Processing Time

BKash and Nagad withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 2 to 6 hours. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional verification.

Every bet placed on Pokerd constitutes a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

Betting Markets & Outcomes

• You must have sufficient balance to place bets across all markets.
• Pokerd's odds may change at any time — changes made after a bet has been confirmed will not apply to that bet.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds, Pokerd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded (as per Section 5.3).

Auto-Settlement

Bets are typically settled automatically within 5 to 10 minutes after an event concludes. If there is any dispute over the result, Pokerd will resolve it through manual verification.

Prohibited Activities

• Using betting software or bots.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using multiple accounts for bonus arbitrage.

Pokerd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete bets totaling a specified multiplier of the bonus amount (the wagering requirement).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only valid when claimed through official channels provided by Pokerd.
• Each bonus offer can generally be claimed once only.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be deducted from the calculation.
• Violation of bonus terms may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Pokerd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause. That said, this action is typically taken for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Using betting software or bots.
• Harassing or disturbing other members.
• Providing false information during age verification.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

Pokerd believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never have a negative impact on anyone's life. That's why we have a number of responsible gambling safeguards in place.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
